School Parliament
Our School Parliament enables children to take on important roles and responsibillities to represent their peers and support the school.
The School Parliament for 2025-2026 is made up of: School Ambassadors, House Captains, Anti-Bullying Ambassadors, Sustainability Leaders, Play Leaders, Safety Officers and Digital Leaders. We also have shool councillors with 2 representatives from each class from Reception to Year 5.
They are all elected annually by vote and an interview with the Senior Leadership Team. They meet to discuss ideas for developing the school. They share the minutes of the meetings in their classes by leading discussions and following the actons on the minutes from meetings.
The School Parliament has a suggestion box for chidlren to put their ideas into. The ideas are dicussed at the weekly meetings.
The School Parliament has recently raised money for Children in Need by organising a bake sale. They raised an impressive £272.30.
